Paul Dorrell regularly teaches seminars for artists through art organizations and universities. The program includes a copy of Living the Artist's Life and a workbook for each participant. During this practical, realistic, yet entertaining workshop, Paul instructs on how to create a viable career. He's been doing this with his own artists since 1991, many of whom have achieved considerable success, picking up collectors like Steven Spielberg, Douglas Adams, Warner Brothers and H&R Block while garnering critical acclaim. One sculptor even placed work in the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
In this
seminar, Paul explains how he and his artists
achieved their goals, then instructs on how
artists of any discipline can utilize a similar
approach. The program has been broadly praised
by participants, who attest that learning from a
compassionate gallery owner gives them access to
information that is normally not available in
art school. They also appreciate Paul's sense
of humor, and his knowledge of virtually all
disciplines. Depending on group size, fees can
vary from $45 to $80 per artist for a six-hour
session.
