Leopold Gallery was founded by Paul Dorrell in 1991. Our mission is the promotion of regional artists on a national level. Apart from working with private collectors, Leopold is responsible for a wide variety of major projects, including the art program at H&R Block. Other clients include the National D-Day Memorial; the University of Kansas Hospital; Sprint Center, and the Overland Park Convention Center.
Before opening Leopold, Dorrell worked as Director's Assistant at Hill-Stead Museum in Connecticut, which is world-renowned for its collection of works by Monet, Degas, Manet, Whistler, Hiroshige, and scores of others.
